Whereabouts is the jumble in Irvine?

Is it readily accessible by boat?

It's right on the harbourside so easily accessible it's in the boat club yard I'd imagine you'd find a berth within walking distance easily
Check on the tides/ weather as I think there is a bar which can get naughty in the wrong conditions/tide
