Scottish sib outing 2020
Hi folks well it's that time of year again and I have made plans for the sib outing the dates are Saturday 9th May & Sunday 10th May leaving Largs 10:00 crossing to little cumbrae to visit the old light house and round to the old fort castle crossing over to Brodick for lunch then round to holy island to visit the Buddhist monks before heading round past pladda round to kilpatrick across to kildonald pt then in to davaar island for camping for the night this part of the leg is around 50 nautical miles Day two down the kilbrannan sound to skipnes PT across and round the sound of Bute stopping at Tighnabruaich for lunch and back to Largs this is also around 50 nautical miles.
Tide times on the Saturday is as follows L 07:47 H 14:40 Sunday L 08:33 H15:21 there is a second route and plan if weather is poor but will discuss on the day fuel can be got at campbeltown please note that you are all responsible for your own craft and passage planning and safety in the event of something going wrong know one will be left alone or go on there own and radio channel 77 will be used throughout the trip if you need to contact me please on and I will send you my phone number hope to see you there HH

I'd be up for this possibly, just bought an Excel SD365 and about to get a 15hpEFI to go on the back. Seems like a great opportunity to put it through its paces. Only downside is its a bit too close to the ERR over the 1st May weekend.

As HH said meet at Largs public slipway. Ready to launch for 1000 on the Saturday.
A few of us will arrive the afternoon before to set up and stay overnight.
