Rick and I should be out in the 4.7 Searider (Baby Blue) - but I don't think we'll make it under the bridges so will try and meet up with you all in Langstone Harbour at around midday or a bit earlier.
Will be monitoring Ch8.

Really enjoyed that today chaps.

My first Ribnet outing.!! Your all actually normal people. Good to put faces to profiles.

That was close on that railway bridge, I literally had 50mm spare from the cowl being scuffed..!!

Hopefully there are some pictures to follow.

See you on the next one.

Wibs: blue Avon adventure.

Thanks everyone for coming to play! Didn't take many pictures, but here are a few. Nothing of Wibs coming under the rail bridge as we all thought he wouldn't even try!

Big thanks to Dry Run for local knowledge and assistance. We enjoyed watching god-knows-how-much-worth of Scorpion on a fork lift negotiating a packed car park. A very slick operation it was too

Great great day

Some talk of a speed limit but I didn't see anything

Managed to see, my mum , youngest daughter , mates old engine , old old boat , and old boat all in one day ! ( and a naked lady on a Hobie cat! )

I've got 8gb of video so give me some time and I'll come up with an edit .

Great to meet old with everyone - old and new faces ...are we all normal ? really ?

GPS clocked out round Portsmouth and Hayling and small playing at 30.7 miles- about 15L of petrol used

Yes, fantastic day :-). Many thanks John.

These small boats have something to be said for them - Hamble, Portsmouth, round Portsmouth and back to Hamble and I could only get 18 litres in the tank..

Those Bombards look good.........

Ah.

I see what has happened. You have mistakenly joined the Southhampton Fortean Society on their Annual Outing.

I'm just in the door from a RIBnet meet. They're MUCH stranger than that...
