Small Cruise to Alderney , Jersey & Guernsey

Afternoon Everyone

Having been away from this site and all of you for 6 months due to work commitments I am now back in action and looking forward to meeting up with you all again.

To start of I am taking the boat to Alderney on the 30th July with some freinds and I would like to ask if any one would like to run along with us. This is not an organized event, purley just a few boats going across the channel together and on arrival each can go off and do what ever they wish. There are no plans at all for the event. I will be heading from Alderney to Jersey for 2 nights then moving onto Guernsey for a nite. Leaving Guernsey the following morning and heading for Dartmouth for a few days before the run back to Lymington.

If any one is interested in running along side etc please just email me your details and were arrange a meeting place.

See you all soon.

Julian

Small Cruise

Hi

Its good to be back in action. On this cruise my dad cant make it, i think he is off sunning himself abroad. That would be semi retirement for you. He is looking for me to organize another event though and im working on that at the moment. The things I have to do fo him.

Be great if you can make it to Alderney etc.

Julian

Hi Roy and Julian,
My boat is still in bits and will not be on the water until that weekend, so until it is tried and tested, too dodgy to make that trip. Would love to do alderney over the weekend as soon as the beast is tamed.

Bon Voyage

Stuart

Hi Julian,
I am over in Jersey on our Scout Summer Camp with 10 Scouts when you are planning to visit the area. Have spoken to Charles and was wondering if there is anyway we can meet up with you and other boats and join you for a play. Won't have any boats ourselves. What do you think?? Please email or pm me if we can work something out.
Alternatively, any other Ribsters in Jersey that would be interested in taking us out for a play?? We have a tight budget but would help towards fuel costs. In Jersey from this Thursday (22nd) and returning home on the 2nd August.
Many thanks for any help anyone can give.
Cheers,
Andy.

Hi All

Disaster has struck and due to work i am now not able to make this weekend, I have to delay it for a few weeks as someone at work has been taken ill and i now have to look after things.

I hope to be able to sort out the event for mid August if all goes well. I will keep you posted on this one.

Appologies to anyone who had made arrangements but its left me in a mess as well.

See you soon

Julian
