But we managed to get some photos of Juno and Seahawk on the more sheltered part of the route

Then as we approached Fishbourne, the Coastguard broadcast a request for assistance for a vessel off the east of Ryde bank. We went off to give him a tow - he was sat safely at anchor when we arrived, so rigged a bridle and had to tow slowly through the swell initially (about 5kts) to avoid making it into a submarine, then up to 15kts in the lee of the island into Cowes.

Ah, that would be us then

Sorry about the near miss folks. We were monitoring your rescue on the radio, set a course to intercept you & got it right! It was worth it though to see Louise waving her hands & shouting at us to get out of the way.

Oh right oops!

I just thought it was the person who owned Pendragon but it seems Ribald owns the "noisy expensive end" so perhaps Scurvy owns the quiet cheap end?!
