Not too sure if I'll have any room at all left. Certainly won't know till nearer the day. Had a mini mutiny with the family last night so I'm not taking any women but I'd better not tell the wife you've got some Ladies lined up. Or I'll have a couple of seats spare in the house as well. Probably mine....

I think I'll stick to being Captain (plastic) Hook...
Not sure baubles will stay onboard when I do my Das Boot impression.

Yes, how about 12.32 at The Folly?
It would give everyone time to relax before trying to beat the dying light on the way home?
Will post again soon with proposed launch sites so peeps can plan to 'buddy-boat' if needed.
P.S. What everyone does with their baubles is up to them. But please ensure they are safely attached at sea.
And don't wind yer tinsel round the prop. That would be a brand-new topic for RIBnet !!!!

We'll be launching from Langstone at a guess seeing as I don't feel like paying the launch fees at Lymington

When we travel up from Lyme Bay we usually launch at Lymington and suffer the £15 launch and £12 car parking. can anyone recommend an alternative place to slip that is close by or towards the west solent? It would defeat the object to trail all the way to S'ton or Pt'mth as the fuel cost would be more than the slip, also, it would only be about 10mins on the water before we arrived! Apparently Lym Yacht Haven has cheap/free parking... Also, might need to bear in mind the tide state and day light state by the time we need to recover. Any help/advice appreciated

I was actually thinking of the Ferry Inn, Hayling Island. (me not bein a gennywine solent nobburrr an' all oi gets eezilly confoozed).
Only ever been there with Nasher and he used his 4x4 to launch then-but you're better off asking him.
