According to the weather forecast all signs are that Sunday is going to be a good day so lunch in Yarmouth is called for
Anybody else got such plans?
We will have to leave LAmpton rather early to miss the LW

We have had a slight change of plan now.
We were supposed to be out on the Solent today but we are now going down the Thames to Southend On Sea and we will be out on the Solent on Sunday instead.
We will try to meet some people in Yarmouth for lunch on Sunday.
That said we would like to try and get a bit further afield so any body got any shared ideas about going to Poole for a late lunch from Lymington???
I'll check back tonight for any takers so PM me your mobile if your up for it.
Chris

It was very foggy at Littlehampton today and only by 2 PM was is possible to go out without any fear of bumping into another boat . I only hope that it will not be the same tomorrow and next weekend
We had a great spin to Worthing and back that is Tony in his XS rib, Steve in is new toy a great Ballistic 6.5 and Andrew who drove 2 hours to have a spin off LA waters. Nice rib Andrew
Andrew it was great to meet you and your two lads and look forward to seeing the photos. Hopefully you were not to late getting home.
Any reason why you came back into the marina cos we saw you from a distance driving out again.

Andre, it was much the same on the Solent today - we had a late lunch at Cowes and then visibility was much improved, although the Coastguard continued to announce the movement of all large ships.
Have a look at these pictures - there's a large container ship partially hidden by the fog.
We expect to be out early tomorrow morning, we can give you a call with the local conditions if you like.

Richard it is 6AM and have just checked the web cam for Littlehampton. Good visibility so looks like we are going. Leaving LA about 8 AM. The plan is that breakfast in Cowes, lunch in Yarmouth, later return trip via the Needles to LAmpton. So round the IOW. Possibly 2 more ribs from LA will join us about 3 PM

Thanks Andre
I'll send photos through from my work PC Tuesday. Thanks to your crew for taking the shots. The reason for my return trip was to recover hitch lock from outside the mariner office Got back to St Albans for Beckys 8pm deadline (Boys slept all the way back!)
See you next weekend
Andrew

Sorry no pictures but the Sunday run to Cowes and Yarmouth was perfect. Wish every weekend was like that. Left LA at 8 AM and one hour and a half later we were enjoying a good breakfast at the Yorkies cafe in Cowes. Must say there was quite a dense fog hanging over Cowes and Southampton . This fortunately lifted by the time we were ready to head for Yarmouth to meet up with Louise and Richard. It was great to see the ex-pat Alan who had taken full control of Blue Ice and would not let Richard anywhere near the helm ( I wonder why? also had a brief chat with Roy Smith as he was departing from Yarmouth. Nice to meet you Roy and see you saturday
JK seeing you on Sunday was also a pleasant suprise and I think if we had given you a lift we would have taken you back all the way to Brighton cos the weather at 6 PM off LA was just fantastic
