Great stuff - weather looks OK. A litlle breezy , but forecast NE so Solent should be sheltered.

Looks like ;

Me - Peter M - Nestor
SJ Hooper - Red 1
Avocet - Grimalkin
250 - Sea Safari 1 (aka - the big parker - a possible)
Paul - Storm Breaker (possible)
Roy Smith - Cookee Jar
Andy Moore - Ditherer
Solent Salted - Jonny
Dizzy Lizzy - Dizzy Lizzy

Shall we agree Ch 72 RV Hurst 11.45ish . Solent launched boats may want to RV before that & cruise up together - I'll leave that to you as a few from Sothampton way etc ..........

Pete

Roight,

Should be launching around 10 (ish), pop over to Cowes for some fun juice then right up the Western via Gurnard - Beaulieu - Newtown and any other which way we can go at speed.

First test of the new puppy... eh hehehe

Our plans are still to leave the drystack at 10.30, so should be OK for Hurst.

Will be passing Calshot/Cowes around 10.45ish.

May have a few seats available at late notice (late Sat) if anyone would like a late invite?

Steve

PS private pleasure trip, not commercial

The calendar did did work out as required.
as such we are not out this Sunday.

As Dizzy has some covers off to be re-upholstered we'll be with Jon in Ocean Devil (at least that's plan "A"), rather than in Dizzy.
See you all tomorrow.

Eh hehehe,

Tis not a Sea Rider, that's still tucked away under the blankets and needs a little work.

All go for today, leaving home at 09:30, Calshot by 10:00 and then launch and fuel up....

Will keep an eye and ear out whilst prepping in case anyone goes flashin past

I'm back , delayed slightly trying to tow a yacht off a bank in the harbour ( and failing) . A lumpy run from Poole to Yarmouth - stunning and flat at the Needles & hope Steve has some good shots. As always good lunch in the wheatsheaf & like a differant day for myself & Grimalkin on the way back to Poole - touching 47knts on the GPS , as opposed to 25 ish on the way out.

A great first run of the season shakedown for the boat , and it really was shaken at points !

Pete
