You should be OK. Parking is a bit of a problem because of severe building works all around the club at the moment. At least one of you may be able to park on the slip way if it's clear, but park well up if out at HT. Be prepared to possibly split the car / trailer (so take a wheel clamp & chocks).
Otherwise you'll have to find a space on the roads around - which should be OK.
You're lucky that there's no rowing events on that day! Then you have to work round them! & sometimes there are events in Island Gardens (like Walk for life last week!!)
BTW if you're planning to use the clubs toilets (or bar) then out of courtesy, you should email the club captain (john Roberts - top bloke) and ask him first.

Precipitation Forecast Amplification
Some heavier bursts of rain are likely today more especially this afternoon and this evening and as the cold front clears overnight. Showers tomorrow moving through briskly on the wind but becoming organised as a trough comes east in the afternoon.

Moderate for rainfall amounts today (Friday) and tonight. High for showery weather tomorrow (Saturday) but moderate for rainfall amounts.
See you all tomorrow!!

Thanks Chris.
Great day, hope lunch was good.
Horrified to see I have such a dirty bottom! That's going to be hard work when I eventually haul her out next month.

Hi to one and all!
Hope everybody had a good day out on The River.
Sorry to all who were expecting a table to be booked for lunch but I just didn't have the time or the correct numbers to book one. Will arrange one next time!!
I think that we should have some more digital photos later in the week so keep your eyes on the thread and I'll put a link up so you can get to them.
Chris
