Ventnor: Sunday 8 May 2016

With high temperatures and a lunchtime high spring tide, Mrs A and I are planning lunch in The Spyglass at Ventnor with 241Mark and his other half. We hope to get there from Poole (Mark will be coming from Southampton) for midday. Anybody else that would like to join us will be more than welcome!

Sadly I have another engagement and cannot get out of it. Have a good run and the weather on Sunday is going to be perfect.

Tomorrow we are out and planning to have a picnic in Alum Bay

We're out on Sunday as well - the East / South East F4 wind (gusting higher) will make Ventnor a bit challenging to get into though. Anywhere on the North side of the Island will be more sheltered, so we might aim for Newtown Creek instead.
