Warning - Chichester Harbour

Local Notice to Mariners No. 12 of 2005-1.

Mariners are advised that a vessel has reported hitting a substantial submerged object in the entrance to Chichester Harbour at 2010 Sunday 18 December 2005.

A search of the area made at the time and a further search this morning have not revealed anything.

The reported position of the collision was:

50° 46´.7 N
00° 56´.0 W
WGS 84

Mariners are advised to be vigilant when transiting the Chichester Harbour area.

By the way how do you get those Notice to mariners. Are the ones you get only for Chi and if so how do you register.
