Only just read your thread, The Sloop in Woottons Creek = Found it 3 weeks ago, a mate had been there before and told me about it, yeah you have to watch the tide, but also you can lift your engine to get out / in, we had plenty of draft going in but had to lift to get out, BE BOLD.
Best to time it right if your time allows, you can easily moor up against the wall and climb their ladder, nice garden, foods good, nice place to go really...
