Hi All,
Junior RIbsters, a Youth Powerboating Organisation founded in 2006 is a not for profit organisation. Our aims are twofold;
Firstly to promote safety and develop the skills of existing young RIBsters.
Secondly, to introduce under 21’s to safe powerboating leading to career opportunities within both the leisure and commercial sectors of the marine industry.
We are currently in the process of securing premises and equipment with the aim being to run Youth Powerboating events once per month with additional taster sessions and try days etc for members on demand.
Membership is completely free and all events are funded by our supporters, partners and where necessary a minimal entry fee to cover costs of fuel etc.
We are actively seeking support whether it be helping out at an event, financial support or simply good press. Please don't hesitate to one of the team with any questions.
We have the support of most boating magazines and websites including RIB NET (big thanks to RIB NET) and hope to announce event dates soon.
