just wanted to let people know that if you get a call from 02 customer services saying that they can reduce your bill and put you on a lower package please note the following:
ALL your add ons will go!
I had free landline calls on mine and this has now gone and though my pay monthly bill went from £40.00 to £29.00 I just got my new bill in that was a v ugly £102 !
