And you would be qualified in this subject how ? Pray tell

Agree BOD would make an iconic captain but is he worth his selection in all the tests on merit alone ? Not sure he still has the pace required at this level but he does tick all the other boxes.

One thing is for sure that the Aussies will not do what Umaga and Mealamu did to him. That is an ongoing disgrace.

Front 5 still looks weak for Australia but Jamie Roberts aside, I would pick every Australian back over the 6N candidates.

Also the first test is at Suncorp. The Aussies like Suncorp !

Jamie Roberts is not the player he used to be. He was read like a book at Parc y Scarlets 2 weeks ago. Any coach who does their homework can minimise his threat in midfield quite easily.
That said, he did have a good game at Cardiff on 16th March though.

Lions Selection.

Sorry boys too red. Gatland is no Geech and a bit of a tit IMV.
The Wales hammering of England played perfectly into his hands. If the selection had been made after England's demolition of the ABs, how would he have selected then? The side will do well, as the Wallabies are the weakest of the Southern Hem sides right now, not enjoying a vintage era.

Agree with you on this - Rory Best would have been a wiser choice than Hartley (as would Ken Owens).

Yep and agreed on Best. Hartley is patchy at best these days. Vunipola? Bit of a straight line lumbering lummox as far as I can see.

Surprise inclusion to me - he's not the best scrummager, but quite a handful in loose play, so may be a bit of a threat in a high tempo gameplan.

Mods need to snip these last few posts and lob them into a new '2013 Lions' thread.
