I do mark my items with one of those foil stickers and keep a record of the number attached.

As suspected, negative feedback was left despite receiving a refund the day I received the item and also biting my tongue.

wow an update on this trader

He is now flaunting his 100% feedback rating around ebay and having sent me several messages over the xmas period trying to make me quit ebay I decided the best medicine for him is to cut the legs off all his items and sell what I have 99p no reserve

I also spoke to another guy from the same circle and he has this person do EXACTLY the same thing to him also.

What possesses some people to do this. What makes them so small and petty that they have to resort to dick dastardly tactics?

Its really atrocious that ebay allows this and no matter how many people report, this guy is still selling...
