Ageing Youth hit by Killer Virus!

Kevin has asked me to send his condolences, but due to some spotty undergraduate somewhere getting into his computer, it had died.
Resuscitation attempts are underway and he hopes to be back in the land of the virtual ribbing in the near future.
In the meantime he apologises to all his readers!

(That’ll teach him to hitch a ride in a Gin Palace!)

I believe he is also looking for a waterproof mobile phone as well

Please don't mention SIBs in his presence

Great phone

Bright orange - I've yachted and ribbed through three years with mine & it still looks like new.

I think they are 'out of manufacture', but I saw one in a shop in Tenerife for 60 Euros last week.

Definitely a good buy if you can get your hands on one.

I've demonstrated mine by dropping it on concrete, submerging in a pint glass (and ringing it).

Nokia 6250
Waterproof and shockproof, three years and I still haven't killed it yet.
put in pints of beer and run on vibrate - still watertight though keys a bit sticky
bounced on ships decks etc
Sound meter so you can prove the musics too loud!!

What virus killed your mother board??
the last lot just slowed the network down so much and overloaded the routers.

Terminal Virus

Thanks for the note on the phone will investigate more.

As for motherboard, I do not know, gave to a I.T guru friend who could not get it to boot up at all.

As I need pc for work went for new board rather than mess around I am only a user not an expert or sad student with nothing else better to do but try and trash peoples kit.

Appolgises to any hard working students????
