Biff - missed all this going on, been away for a while. Christ you lot can't behave for 5 minutes can you? Hope all going well and if you need a holiday in the sun just drop me an e. I have an empty house here on the canal and you're welcome to it if we have no punters!
Ian
ps: look into "sun gazing". Bit radical I know but I know someone who beat a terminal version of the big C and now there's no trace!

I have been worrying about Biff recently as it was all very quiet....
Could have done with his no nonsense tolerated style of posting in the last few months & I'm looking forward to the Jolly to the folly - with him being there having another 3 xmas meals on one day !
Sure he will make a suitable comeback soon....

Mee too! I've sent PM's to a few who may have known more on how he was doing as I didn't want to disturb him directly since I've never met him yet, I'm glad to hear he's making progress and if your reading biff, come back soon to kick some ass into touch as only you can

I saw him a few weeks ago and we exchanged a few words - didn't really say much as I don't know him and am a newbie here. My rib was under his care while the tubes were sent off.

Paul Cannel and I raised a glass to his recovery last night, then saw this thread today so thought I would back that up with a quick post to the effect.

Morning lads, as you've shared my pain you can share my joy, I was given the all clear of cancer yesterday afternoon and while I'm still not out of the woods in regard to health and being able to eat properly the death sentence has been lifted.
I know a few of you have things you want done, well I can have a go at small things as after about 3 hours I'm knackered, all related to the amount of food I can intake.
I'll get back to posting soon, I haven't lost my sense of humour, it's just been occupied elsewhere

What excellent news to hear that you've made it through Biff. This awful disease is very close to home for me at the moment, but i'll save it for another post later as I don't want to hijack your thread.
