I’ve had Sky + now for 2 weeks & the Bl**dy thing keeps locking up, or the recorded programs keep loosing the sound.
Can’t change channel or do anything with it until we switch it off at the mains, then it looses the programs we have recorded.
The first time it happened I phoned them up & the Sky engineer told me “yes sir I’m sorry to say there are a lot of problems with the current software, we are trialling new software at the moment & IF its ok well upgrade those that are having problems”
Typical they didn’t mention these problems when I decided to sign up, I’m going to get right back on the phone to them tomorrow to give them a piece of my mind (if I had any to spare)
