Get your self down to Staples before they all go

I picked up this Veho HD video camera yesterday for just £59.00 it retailed at well over £150.00 with the fixings . It comes with remote control 160 degree viewing angle and a battery that lasts 4 hours, also a 4GB micro SD card and lots of fixing brackets . I invested in the waterproof case from the website its as good as a Go Pro

Should go well with my Drift X170 expect some good videos once I get out

Oh, just checked the box and there's no plug or remote control

I'll give em a quick ring in a mo. Might get it even cheaper if they can't find them.

What a service!

Well thanks staples!

First of all I went to the Veho website to see if they had a price for the remote and plug adapter. No joy! Great I'll give em a ring....No Number! Email them then...Automated message said the the person is away till the 3rd July. Not having much luck here

Next I rang Staples to let them know there are bits missing. They said they'd check the storeroom and ring me back. 10 mins later they rang back to inform me they couldn't find the bits. They were very sympathetic and offered me a full refund or a reduced price to £20.......Now I wonder which one I'm going to choose

I've just got back after accepting the reduction in price, they even threw in a Belkin universal USB wall charger.

So thanks Staples! Customers do come first....Sometimes

That looks a very good value package. Your test piece looks like a scene from one of the traffic cop car shows.
I notice on their website they list other stockists in the UK, you may be able to get bits from them.

Right i will translate the Black Country Version in to English for you Guys

1. Rocky goes to staples and buys what he thinks is the Veho HD10 they sold him the wrong one for £29.00
2. Rocky gets on the phone to me telling me about the price and how i was ripped off till i explain its its not the one.
3. Off he goes to exchange it before they sell out They then tell him he must pay the difference it should be £59.00
4. While Rocky is arguing that the receipt states its a Veho HD camera @£29.00 they can not make him pay the difference
Little does he realise that while all this is going on he is being issued with a £60.00 parking ticket
5. On winning argument no.1 he then goes out to confront a smug traffic warden hence start of argument no.2
6. He then has to use all his Black Country charm to persuade the said traffic warden that he was only on half yellow and half white line and that he was parked in a bay. After taking pictures with his sons camera phone to argue his case in court the said traffic warden then agrees to withdraw the ticket leaving Rocky thankful that a £59.00 camera that he got for £29.00 didn't cost him another £60.00

The moral of this storey is don't mess with the Rock
