That's common in Gloucester - whenever it rains there's a low road under a railway bridge that always floods, and every time some attention seeking chav will try to drive through 5' of water with local rag photographer standing by to make it front page picture . Chav then claims they didn't know it was so deep - despite warnings and depth indicators clearly visible and the fact it happens every few months!
