I assume that in the UK, PC state that that would no longer be allowed.

Yes a lot of people dont realise that they will get pulled for spacing problems , or incorrect characters - Bigmuz

I once got flagged down at Heathrow by a copper touting a Heckler & Koch submachine gun (?), who demanded that I move the figure closer to the letters on another registration plate.

I thought "Now there's a guy committed to stamping out international terrorism......"

Steve Parish has that one - did a bike day at Thruxton when I had the Ducati - he said he got it ages ago when they didn't check things out too well!

As a young impressionable teenager in the 70's, I remember often seeing that reg on a Rolls in west london, it then belonged to a "porn star", Fiona Richmond, she lived with Paul Raymond, and she was allegedly a vicars daughter!

Since then it's had several owners..... http://www.regtransfers.co.uk/pr/pen15/pen15.asp

Fair 'nuff, could I have misread the plate, I or S instead of 1 or 5? Either way, he's driving about in it. Of course, the peelers here won't actually KNOW that it's not a valid reg....
