Boat Show Parking; Tomorrow..Sunday

Going to the show tomorrow and just read that the Park'n'Ride isn't working!

Is this true?

If so, where should I park and how do I get to the show?

Gotta go to Gate A according to my tickets.

Taking the whole family, so can't walk miles

Not been before, went to Earls Court about 20 years ago...any guidance?

Cheers,

Orve.

Hi there,

We live locally and went in to the show today. We parked in the West Quay shopping centre multi storey car park which is right next to the entrance to the show and it cost us about a fiver. If you follow the signs the 'boat show' there are lots of other alternatives for parking nearby but West Quay is the cheapest.

Hope the sun shines for you as it did today - you'll have a geat time

Roger & Cleone

Bottom of this page:

although it might mean tickets are not available in advance.......bit ambiguous.

Cheers to the suggestions above though.

There's also some parking at the Casino / Cinema complex down the road from the Show. Not too far to the main gate. I thinks it's a fiver all day.

If you go by train, there's a free bus that stops at West Quay. you have to go down the steps and along for the main entrance. When you're leaving, go out of the gate near the Red Funnel and catch it at Town Quay - it's not so far, but you can't get in on that gate.

If anyone's looking for deals on Garmin, Raymarine or ICOM kit plus many other products, come to the SMG stand G098 in Ocean Hall. I'm there Mon/Wed/Fri and the last Sunday. Do ask for me by name though, as there's other dealers there as well!

Have a good day out.

Mike
