I read it as...this might have possibly been a vague thought of someone who once had seen a bond film.....

But if you want to buy it I'm happy to strap matt into it and send him off for some wave jumping and sinking....

The one on Ebay has been around for years, but the canopy seems to be a new addition. The hull pre-dates the World Is Not Enough by at least 10 years.
