Bonding Stainless steel with plastic

Hi,

I need to seal a stainless steel flunch on a plastic gasoline tank. I have tried using epoxy however with movements it cracks, tried using corc however it absorbs fuel and sort of leaks fuel smell.

Any ideas?

Or proper nitrile.

Try these guys. I used a nitrile sheet from them on the inspection hatch on the Ballistic tank. Still good years later.
