Re. the Dormer drills, go to your local engineers merchants e.g. Cromwells & buy the drills individually, you'll get them for half that, but no pretty box to keep them in.

I'll give the Guhring a go Thanks

Avocet I'd like to say thanks for that link, but I'm not very happy about it at all, as I now have to go back to work to fund my purchases

Apart from loose women, drinking, Seariders, temptation and winding Wilk up buying tools is about the only it thing I cant resist. I'd be about 500 quid lighter after visiting that website and I still haven't got my fkkn drill bits!

Don't tell anyone but I actually take the Cromwell catalogue offshore with me.sometimes. It's called tool porn offshore and quite often gets borrowed on a lonely night.

Are "ring" spanners the best bits?

Stu , don´t take the catalogue with you ! Big mistake !!
I´ll guarantee you after a few lonely weeks offshore you´ll end up ordering half of the catalogue´s content !

Cheers - Jürgen

*BTW - the plate has arrived - thanks buddy !

I always knew you had tool envy but you didn't need to go public with it.

after nearly 38 years at work, I've now given up collecting tools and now started downsizing the tool kit, so I can have more time on the rib
