Call centre classic
My mother in law died last week so during the process of cancelling utility's gas / electric / water ect i phoned up a company that she used to have an account with & was then put through to a foreign call centre operative/ robot
After the initial sorry to hear about your loss and what kind of day are you having she then says in order to close the account i need to speak in person to the account holder ( is she there )
Errr no shes dead that's why were phoning : /
