Cheap Konica digital cameras on ebay...
Just bought one of these on ebay for using on the RIB. I thought it was only fair to let you guys see them before they all go-I figure no-one really wants to lose an expensive camera to salt water and these are cheaper than buying 3 disposables.

The guy has cheaper (2mp) ones too at £15 inc p&p

Bloody hell that looks a good deal - far too many people only seem to be interested in the megapixel numbers - they don't seem to understand there is a lot more to a good camera than the chip!!! Also many people never even use the high res on their cameras anyway!!!

yeah thats what I thought. He's got decent feedback and a fone number listed too so I guess he's genuine. Note:- I've only JUST paid for it via paypal so if it IS a scam don't blame me! Besides, how much would a new 3x optical zoom 3.1mp camera cost now anyway?!
It's not exactly going to make a big difference to me if there's a few scratches on the case-there'll be a load more by the end of the year.
Sorry JK, posted it in Ribs and Ribbing because they seemed like a good idea for onboard

Thats not brand new it's refurbished-and no optical zoom. Digital zoom just crops the image so with a low (ish) res camera you get pixellation.
Assume you mean this one?

Thanks for the tip on this Nos. I boiught his last one on Thursday 12th and it arrived this morning. Really pleased with it. It'll be ideal to keep in the console locker. For £25, delivered, I think it's a bargain. I'd better leave the seller some feedback now...

Cool! I just noticed btw if the battery goes flat the lens doesn't retract when they automatically shut down-might be worth keeping a set of spare batteries so the lens doesnt get damaged. (I just gaff taped some to mine )
