Powerboat race along "Sæbraut" (road)

Snarfari the powerboat club and R. Sigmundsson ehf. have joined forces to run powerboat race under the name R. Sigmundsson powerboat circuit race and will be held in "Rauðarárvík" which lays alongside "Sæbraut" this coming Saturday June 30th and the race will start at 14.00 hours. In the announcement there will be 3-4 boats in a preset circuit which is 4,5 km in length. Start point is on the end of "Kringlumýrarbraut" and sailed to buoy which are located off "Laugarnestangi" there U-turn will be taken to the next bouy and right turn taken towards the entrance of the Reykjavik harbour where another bouy is located and sharp left turn taken towards "Sólfarinu" cruing along the coastline (Sæbrautinni) to the start point.
