Christmas cards and postage
I have just taken a delivery from the Post Office Parcel Force and I asked them if they are going on strike and the driver said it was only posties and not parcel boys going to strike so if you need to send items them parcel force will continue through the strikes.
On a different level- anyone found xmas cards with boats which can be ordered with personalisation?

Not sure if they can be personalized but the RNLI ones are always nice.

Don't start me on Postmen going on strike.
Complete tossers the lot of them, how they think not delivering peoples mail will bring the public around to them is beyond me.
My postman pushed an x-mas card through the door to us from him last year.
I ripped it up in front of him and handed it back whilst explaining how he ruined my yougest sons Birthday that year by not delivering any of his cards on his birthday.
If I could I would urge everybody to stop using the royal mail so they all get made redundant.
Nasher.

Mine keeps delivering other peoples post to me, used to take it to the right house myself but in the end complained a couple of times which did go good so I leave it out with a nice note.

Mines a black belt, works on the doors around liverpool and lives right behind me.
The fecker comes on to the street on his bike in the morning and goes straight home. We get are post about 2 o'clock.
But we decided to keep the peace but one day my dog bit him and we had a right giggle about it (couple of min after he left with the door locked)

How many are you looking for? Do you mean personalised with your own message the same each time or for each person?

Ian, do you remember that e-card I sent out last year? I had that designed by a cartoonist who's wife is friends with my mother. He did it for a couple of bottles of wine. Let me know if you want his contact details.

Might be worth taking your favourite pic (with copyright permission) to a digital print outfit. Usually find a lot of festive deals this time of year. Should easily be able to get A5 cards for less than a quid apiece if you want 50+. Maybe a bit more if you want them to set it all up.

They are known for not having the best website software but they do give good printing results. I had a few photo books done by them with a fast turn around and after they had given me the colour profile for the fuji printers they use I got exactly the same as I what I see on my screen at home.
Stay away from vistaprint. Not good IMO.
Another quality firm I can't recommend enough for any kind of printing.
http://www.peak-imaging.com/ but you'd have to design your own card lay out. Give me a shout if you want me to make you a layout which wwill then only need your words.
