Dave Crawford RIP

Regretfuly Dave Crawford owner of Dave Crawford Marine Ltd Lymington passed away over the weekend
After contracting flue at Christmas he was taken into Bournmouth hospital where he developed pneumonia and did not recover
Dave was one of the best marine engineers in the country and his expertise will be missed by many.
Our condolences go out to his wife and family

I too knew Dave and had been kept advised of his progress by his wifes best friend. Very sad to see the decline of such a big man from a "common" illness.
He will be missed by many. Live each day as it comes, you just never know what is around the corner ....

Oh bugger,

He was a right gent, friend of mine bought many a toy off him in the past and always got a good deal and friendly advice.

RIP Chum

I am really sorry to hear this...He has been of great assistance to us 'dutchies' picking up our boat last december (which belonged to one of his clients) and we really appreciated the candour in his dealings as well as his expertise / craftmanship. My condolences to his wife, family and friends.

really sorry to hear this - Dave and his team always looked after my boat when I was in the UK. Does anyone know if the firm will carry on?

Sorry to hear this news. Dave was a gent and a talented marine engineer. He fixed up the Opti 150 installation on my last RIB when a number of others couldn't figure it at all.

Thoughts with family and friends....

Mike
