Here's pics of my tubes after a run down the Menai strait last Friday. I think we hit a submarine... or a rock...or maybe it was Bangor Pier.
Ed at Olmec tubing is doing the repair and although not wishing to put any pressure on him, I will be posting pics of the repair job.

You have to look at it philisophically dont you, at least with a rib it will still float without the tube, however tear the side of a hard boat and the things going down isn't it !

Not sure a flooding hull avon, minus toob, would float too well!
And many others too, Chucks Scorp wasn't terribly sea-worthy without it's toob either

Hey Turdface, if I was in one of your hard-boats I would have swimming with the mackerels you so enjoy baiting. For the life of me and most other members of this forum we still don't understand your smelly presence here -
still baiting as usual I suppose, what a sad little life .........

Seems a bit harsh! Is there really any need for that language?
As 'one of my hardboats' wouldn't have had the toob fall off (as it hasn't got any), exposing large holes cut in the topsides (like yours did have), it wouldn't be sinking in the first place!
I think you've taken my point out of context.
