I know a guy called Ken, he lives along the Hill Head coastline and he constructed a Slipway and large Boat shed with toilet, kitchen and bar at one end. He's never owned a boat as far as I know, just did it for entertaining and adding value to the property.

I think the reason that the "Show us your Shed Thread" never happened was because it was too risky.

The first house we bought had something similar.....
Wasn't quite so sophisticated though, when it rained really heavy the rain water would run down the hill in front of the house, come over the threshold of the door and flood the living room :-)
