Eight legs are better than one!

Top tip for the day...don't ever be tempted to put an octopus on your tubes for a 'better look'...genuinely difficult /timeconsuming to get off...as you remove a couple of legs the others re-attach....and then I started panicing about that beak!

Please note that no octopus were harmed in the making of this picture, although he did give us an indignant squirt of ink as he swam away....

It honestly felt like you'd tear its legs off if you pulled too hard...they stick that well! Had to slide your hand under the legs as you prized them off.

it reminds me of a burley scottish guy in menorca a few years ago standing in the water, skin head and tats.

suddenly he started screaming like a girl, i mean laugh it bloody hurt, anyway he run out of the water and on octopus was wrapped round his leg, and a little spanish kid abou 10yr old, went up and grabbed it off his leg and run to his parents, the scottish guy went so red it was like a second sun hahahaha

My mate sometimes gets them in his pots, if you pull on the head hard enough it does come off!

The head although depending on which way you look at it the legs come off too.
