Yup, will be listening to those on my way back up to Manchester on Christmas morning.

Found out today how "wonderful" and "effective" the door seals are on the Discovery. Took it for a jetwash. The front doors weren't too bad, but I think the seals want renewing on the rear door!

Nah that's to let the water out after really deep wading!!! Seriously though hope you have fun with your new toy - don't worry about water leaks - had 3 new Golf's on hire and they all leaked really badly from the sunroofs!!!

Anyway love Christmas songs but try to avoid them - not the best time of year for me....

I don't worry about the leaks, bought one knowing full well that they let water in. My girlfriend's dad has one, and he lives in a semi-remote farmhouse, where access involves crossing a ford. Under normal circumstances, dim problem, but after a few days of rain, puddles appear in the footwells when crossing the river.

Loving it already, but bloody hell, it's got one hell of a blind spot on the passenger side! :P Got too used to driving his Discovery with windows all round
