I've used Aigle Marumu boots over dry suit socks for years: Aigle Maramu dinghy boots - TridentUK.com .

Sadly looks like they are no longer readily available, but when I had my first drysuit as a teenager the local diving specialist, Andark, recommended the lace up style as opposed the usual zipped neoprene boots, to minimise any chance of puncturing the drysuit sock.

You might still find some of the Aigle's on the shelf in a chandlery (pretty sure I saw some in Force4 Poole earlier this year), or failing that I guess it's back to a normal dinghy boot and being careful with the zip!

At last we agree on something kernys right takes ages to get them on you don't need the inner sock they are near impossible to got on with a drysuit. Your better off with a pair over over size trainers
