Help internet access gone vista

Hi

I am pulling my hair out here, i have tried all sorts but dont know were to go next

i have a new pc with Vista on all set up and working fine
4 users 2 admin 2 parental

emails worked internet worked all great

went on holiday for a week (all of us so computer not being used)

came back all gone pear shaped

i can not get on the internet as an administrator but my daughter can as a user ?

my printers will not work keeps comming up with "spool not running" hpc4100

if i system restore back 2 weeks ago all ok

then next day stops working ?

i have checked and double checked all the settings and can not find anything amiss

as i said if i log as my duaughter or son internet ok
log on as me or the wife no internet

my lap top works fine as does wifes N95 in the house so i dont think its the router

all operating on wireless LAN belkin 54g router on to ntl broadband modem

pc is the latest Medion (aldi) which was a cracking spec for the price

am i being thick have i missed something

print spooler error is a corrupt printer driver.
Try re-installing the printer from scratch with the cd that came with it. If you can borrow a printer, check its not the actual printer (install on another machine)

As for the account issue.
if you create a new Admin account can you connect to the net then?

Go to tools from your internet screen and select internet options, see if anthing has been changed there re connections times etc.

All working again
apparently there is a fault/problem with the antivirus software that was supplied with the PC (Bullgaurd) which they do do yet have a fix for

so have removed BullGuard and installed Avast! all ok again
