how can I attach a picture?
AS I said above how can I attach a picture to an email to another member of the forum?

You can't do it the same way as you post an attachment. The only way is to use photobucket or another pic hosting site and PM/email them a link to it.

or ask for their private email if they are comfortable with it and you can attach reduced images to your hearts content
