How to - Fibreglass

Its a long time since I had the pleasure(?) of working with fibreglass.

I have made a plug and want to make a simple mould so that I can produce a few run outs. Can anyone suggest a good "idiots guide to" and a good supplier of materials, in smaller quanities.

Thanks
Steve

I use East Coast Fibreglass, the lad who runs it is really helpful and about the same price as every where else.
Think he has a guide on his website.

Just outside Ringwood in the Forest. Any of the above would not be difficult to get to, as I go to or past on a regular basis. Thanks for help to all

None of these are chandlery priced

The swing Bridge at Poole on t'othe side is the Sunxseaker factory. On the corner opposite the Timber yard and the pub is a GRP outlet. Blue Gee I think in New quay road. It's like a portacabingin the Sunseeker car park.

Lauren Marine do GRP stuff they are in Hazel Road in Soton

Or you can always pick up some stuff at reasonable prices from trio Mouldings in Curbridge /Botley plus you can talk to the experts whilst you are there

I bought three DVDs on ebay which went through elementary and advanced fibreglass techniques I don't need them anymore I'll see if I can find them
