how to separate the boys from the (Yorkshire) men

And no, I don't mean with a crow bar... :-)

This should be a useful tool for Pikey!

I'm ashamed to say that I finished up drinking pear cider with Martini way down in Jersey! lol

Only scored 70% it put me just outside Hull To say my family's lived in Yorkshire at least since 1530 & in the North country since we came along on the first viking raids ( family DNA blood tests ), Worse still i only live a stones throw from Ilkley moor which i can see from my back bedroom window lol Mind Yorkshire is a big Country sorry County ,where Pikey Dave lives in south yorks they use local terms & words we dont use up here , Classic is the Fish & chip shop when you go to another area & ask for a fish cake as each area has its own meaning you mean a fish patty, Fish scone , fish sandwich ,
Tea cakes are even better ? Bread cake ,tea cake ,with currents without, stotty , Balm cake, bread bun , bread butty .

Lol, I wouldn't mind but (dare I say this on a public forum) I was actually born way up't Norf..... in Sunderland!!

And last night I totally destroyed any remaining chance I had of claiming to be a "hard b'stard Northener " by finishing 3 bottles Of panache (French shandy) then caught myself actually sitting down for a p^ss!

Oh the shame of it!

:-)

Nah, can't be accurate, apparently I'm a bloody Londoner. Never hardly been out of Dorset. Far to Northern for my tastes

I'm apparently close to York, which is fair enough, since it's been about 15 years since I lived up North!
