But you will get our permission to fly..... and we may still say NO
On serious matter, this is making lot of damages to our farming areas, mudslides due to flooding as the glacier Eyjafjallajökull is melting, also ash lays over grass and toxic Fluor chemicals are also making danger to people and animals, last euroption in this place lasted two years..... in early 1800

Are thoughts are with you, as whilst we are grounded, the actual damage is with you.
From a very selfish point of view, looks like we will have nothing to do at work for the next few days, except heckle the Mil guys. Always good fun

They are all quite possible except no 3 - unless you get different version of the Guardian over there...
...you've missed a few though:
"Darkest day since Diana's death" The Express
"Jordan's ash scare" The Star

I'm at something of a disadvantage here, as I don't read any of 'em. I have to garner their "flavour" from the parody of others. I was under the incorrect impression that The Gaurdian was published without the benefit of a spelchekker so:
"Iceland ups Ante in Banking Crisis"
That was probably back in the 80's

Oh right! You lads are still flying about?
Hmmmmmmm. If you look REALLY carefully at that pic, I think you can see a whole bunch of JCBs in the lower left corner loading ash into a bank of snowblowers

No, because it's "in context". Besides, Bogi is hauling RNLI hardware out of the UK on a weekly basis, so I know who's laughing
