Mrs Willowkis there are three alternatives.

1. Olympic (OA) or BA to Athens connection by plane with Olympic or Aegean airlines to Santorini

2. Charterflight direct to Santorini

3. OA or BA plane to Athens, Ferry connection to Santorini

Do not recommend the last one. You will be knakered by the time you get there

Pitty you will not make it to the LBS on Sunday. We could have had a chat.

Yes I've heard about the snow situation Simmon. But one guide we had told us that they never have snow beging of Jan. It all falls between late Jan, end Feb and poss begining March. So I think we r OK.
We will be satyin at the 2000 again.
We usually drive there. Stop overnight at a place called SHALLONS DE SHAMPAGNIE in a hotel called LES ANGLAIS (what else and they speak fluent English and have excellent food) and we get on the mountain the next day. Usually we stay for 7 days.
Definately we will meet if you are there.

We use the tunnel and we are not fortunate to own a flat. But we usually stay from Saturday to Saturday. We haven't book the tunnel yet but everything else is shorted. We all have the skis etc. My 750 looks like a truck with the box on the roof.
Don't take the jeep cause is noisy and can't go more than 70 miles in it!
Looking forward to meeting you too.
