theres a link "on the inside cover of the excercise book" to 'about the song'... which explains that he was Dyslexic and struggled at school so his dad would sometimes take him out on his JCB instead... so basically you are right - early truancy ... somehow even though I know its wrong for him not to be at school you can't help feel some compasion for someone who the system has failed. On the news tonight I heard that the average teacher has had less than 1 hour of training in teaching dyslexic students... a bit scary when 1 in 10 of the population has the condition!

Great lyrics but the song is crap - expected it to be more upbeat and catchy - something like that National Express coaches one!!!

Musically there's no comparison - that london underground song is quite frankly shit. - Any popularity it gets will be 100% down to the obscene language and 0% down to any musical or lyrical talent.

Luke, the lead singer's first love when he was little, was called Nina Nizlopi. Hence the bands name Nizlopi. She lives in the States now is is apparently well chuffed.
