I'll have you know, I first rode a GS in '94... when Ewan and Charlie were in short trousers
What's a GS? who the dickens are Ewan and Charlie... more lost than ever.
Lankey= John Kennett, the fireworks man?
I come from an age when bobbys rode velocettes( anybody remember that one? Codders eh??) the best motorbike in town was either Norton or AJS and Aeriel had a square 4 of 1000 cc. and ............
Ewan the guy who played somebody in star wars?
Charlie- the one and only Prince Charles??

GS = Finest all round Motorcycle ever made.... especially for those of us to old/fat/unfit to fit on small bikes..
Lanky = Sparkler Prefect = JK
Ewan = well-known actor ....Charlie = not-so- well-known.. They took off around the world on a couple of GSs for chariddeee..innit?
