Lucky nobody was killed - maybe they should introduce a 20mph limit - of course being such a sensible chap he would have stuck to it and we would all be safe.....

I was being sarcastic - it's what people shout for when a kid is knocked down - they don't seem to realise that people just ignore limits - especially low ones.
