lidl's best bargain yet ???

Just picked up a "Divers" holdall set from Lidl consisting of 1 huge holdall with wheels and numerous pockets. approx 100cm X 40cmX30cm looks to be fairly heavy duty and well made, 1 rucsac approx 25 litres again with numerous pockets etc, 2 dry sacs 1 large 1 small and an "accessory" Bag which would make a farily good slr camera bag big enough for a camera and a couple of lenses so how much well they usually ask £69.99 but they weren't even asking £60

Bought a set last year, my youngest son uses the small bag for school- still in one piece. Middle son took the large bag on a 2 week holiday in Spain - no problem either, they really do seem well made.

Aren't lidl's one of those outfits that waits till another company goes bust n then buys all there stock cheap??

Best deals gota be the £10 stand alone hammock they had a few weeks ago! Admittedly my flatmates aren't as impressed

Bought loads of stuff from Lidl and Aldi and generally found the quality pretty good - most of it's made in either Germany of Belgium.

Don't quote me on it but I dont think that it's old stock from company's that have gone bust as a lot of it is made buy the same few manufacturers.
