I don't want to sound like your wife OM2, but you've had a big old operation and that takes some getting over.

I thought after mine I'd be ok after a few weeks, not so.

What I learnt is slow and steady wins the race my friend. If your lovely new boat doesn't get wet this year, but it gets absolutely saturated next year, that's a better deal.

I'm so pleased you've had good news.

That's great news. Hope you manage to get some hydrotherapy this season but ultimately, just take it easy and make sure you bounce back.
