Good luck - and remember to take in enough water - but not too much!!! Last year there were about 20 people who collapsed through drinking too much - about 1/2 to 1 litre per hour is what they say.

Most amazing "run" I have seen was that lunatic wearing a full siebe gorman hard hat diving suit - mad!!!
