Well, on the hottest day of the year so far, me and 26,999 other silly people decided to ride from Clapham common to Brighton in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
54 miles in 30 + degress so anyone else out there who did it with us, congratulations!

I really really hate Ditchling beacon now and never want to see it again but we rolled in just under 5 hours allowing for a few drink stops.
now i dont have to train for this anymore maybe i can spend more time on the water
