Madness
They don't risk assess abroad, can you see that happening in the UK?
Not a lifejacket in sight.
Anyone know where this is?

Once finally "moored" it becomes a free for all! One of the shore team is wearing a high vis vest I think that is their concession to health and safety ;-)

BLIMEY!!! Don't think I'd be getting on... But I might brave getting off! Great to see them keep pedestrians and vehicles so well segregated

this is also pretty rough:
Looks dangerous for both passengers and shore personnel, not a good moment for a black out on the ship either....somehow can understand that on the islands they have a different risk assessment culture than elsewhere, but still they could even have some safety gear....

Sheesh, I bet the Captain wasn't wearing his Killcord either Looks like a well rehearsed operation & a bit of good boat handling to me. But then I'm no expert

Yes, I thought the bit where the shorecrew bod leaped out of the way of the charging HGV was particularly well choreographed

Yup! You'd think he'd done it before

Eh?! I never posted that.
I liked the fiat 500 nail it up the ramp when he saw a wave coming, nearly knocking off the people on the edge of the ramp.

Both vids look some kind of dangerous in our eyes, but it seams even passengers know exact what to do. Everybody there is experienced
how to handle theese conditions, cause they all grow up with this.
This mooring looks like a well trained theater performance.
So in my eyes for the captain, (he´s got the balls) for the dock handlers, and a for the passengers. -my respect!-
Too many islands in greece, it´s impossible to build lots of complex harbours, so they have to learn how to do it that way.
